Missed Appointment & Late Policy

 

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time may result in a fee. I understand unforeseen life events happen so fees may be waived under certain circumstances.

Similarly, if you are late to your appointment you will be treated for the remaining time with no extensions. I often have appointments booked back to back and it is not fair to my next client if I am running late.

Payments & Receipts

 

Payment is due at the time of treatment and a receipt will be issued immediately following collection of payment. The receipt will contain all information necessary to submit to your health insurance plan. Please contact your insurance company if you are unsure if Registered Massage Therapy is included in your extended benefits plan or if you will require a doctors note to use your massage therapy benefits. 
Contactless payment is preferred and options include e-transfer, debit, or credit (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
